and Pediatric Asthma Clinic. All physician and nursing staff participate in the Managing Obstetrical
Risk Efficiently ( More OB ) program, a comprehensive patient safety quality improvement and professional development program
for care givers and administrators in the hospital obstetrical unit.
In a letter that accompanied the donation, Mr. Ray Schizkoske, President of the New Horizons Seniors’
Curling League wrote that, “Merv Cauthers was an outstanding member of both the New Horizons Seniors’ Curling
League and the McIntyre Curling Club. Merv and his family strongly believe in Neonatal Care.”
Ryan
Taylor expressed the gratitude of the Foundation: “We are grateful for the support of the New Horizons Seniors’
Curling League. They have recognized the need to maintain state-of-the-art medical
equipment in the Paediatric Unit. This donation improves not only the lives of
infants and babies, but also everyone related to that child. We very grateful
for their commitment to the community and we thank them for their support.”
