MINUTES OF EMERGENCY MEETING

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2013

MCINTYRE CURLING CLUB

President Ray Schizkoske called the meeting to order at 10:25 a.m. with approximately 64 members present.

Moved by Ray Ginglo, seconded by Ray Schizkoske that the Joe Gubbels Fun Spiel be reduced to the last three days of our curling season and organized in the same format as the Dusty Baker Bonspiel. Tuesday and Wednesday two games and Thursday one game, Banquet, Awards and Annual General Meeting.

Game times would be: Tuesday and Wednesday: 9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.; Thursday: 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Closing Banquet at 12:00 p.m. followed by the awards and AGM.

Motion carried.
